On July 7-9, 2021, the China Peanut Industry Development Conference and Peanut Trade Expo was officially launched at the Qingdao International Expo Center. At booth A8, Shanghai Techik showed its latest intelligent production line of X-ray detection and color sorting system!
The Peanut Trade Expo is dedicated to constructing a reliable connection between all those involved in the peanut industry, including suppliers and consumers. This expo offers 10,000+ square meters of space to its participants and provides them with an excellent platform to share their insights on the latest advances in this sector. The companies that are involved in processing these peanuts have been facing difficulties while looking for defective products having discoloration or moldy aspects. This task has been both time-consuming and expensive as it involves detecting impurities in diverse raw materials.
At the expo, Shanghai Techik exhibited a 2021 updated version of an automated peanut sorting production line solution: Intelligent Chute Color Sorter with a new generation intelligent belt color sorter and X-Ray Inspection System. This ensures that small buds, mildew particles, disease spots, cracks, yellowness, frozen impurities, broken pods as well as dirt are effectively removed from peanuts. As a result of this comprehensive screening process companies can obtain high quality pure product along with better yield rate by means of efficiency in selections and elimination of molds through such simple steps.
Introduction of Techik color sorter and X-ray inspection machine
Techik color sorter
An improved set of intelligent algorithms, which are equipped with deep learning capabilities and can process complex irregular images, have been developed to accurately recognize defects in peanuts such as short buds, moldy peanuts, yellow rust, insect-infested ones, disease spots, half grains and broken shells. They can also detect various levels of density foreign bodies like thin plastic materials and glass shards as well as mud particles, stones or components like cable ties and buttons. Furthermore the new system is capable of classifying not only different types of peanuts but also different almonds or walnuts based on their quality characteristics in color or shape while concurrently detecting any existing impurities.
Techik X-ray inspection system for bulk products
Integrated appearance structure design combined with low power consumption makes usage scenarios more diverse; It is able to find defective products ranging from pureed up to embedded iron sand plus a range of all densities materials such as metal fragments including glass pieces plus cable ties but also plastic sheets along with soil remnants in bulk items.
